Please note that your order will ship within 2-3 business days. No orders are shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. If you need to receive your order by a specific date, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. We appreciate your patience during the COVID-19 crisis as deliveries may take longer than usual due to the carriers.

Regular Priced Merchandise

Returns will be accepted if postmarked within 14 days of purchase for a full refund to the original form of payment. Items must have the original tag, be unworn and in original condition. No returns will be accepted on jewelry, undergarments, fragrance items, bath and beauty products. Any returns received outside of the eligible return window and up to 30 days from purchase date will be accepted for exchange or store credit only.

Sale Merchandise

Sale items are not eligible for refund, store credit or exchange. No exceptions.

How to Return an Online Order

*To return or exchange an item, please call 805.568.3800 or email us at [email protected] with the reason for the return and you will be issued a Return Authorization (RA) number.

*Once you have an RA#, you may return your package to the address below, using your preferred carrier. You are responsible for the return shipping charges and will not be reimbursed. Please enclose the original packing receipt or invoice and write your RA# on the outside of the package.
